There were so many wonderful comments, I decided to award second prizes as well.
I drew the grand prize first, and then the second prizes.
I did not count MY comments or the ones that were deleted by their author since those were ineligible to win.
Second prize will be $150 in studio photography. same rules as the grand prize.

As many of you know, we welcomed our little grandson, Ethan, into the world on Sunday, January 25, 2009. He’s a beautiful little man!
I am so proud of my daughter and son-in-law! Even on such a lack of sleep, they’ve really proven to be excellent parents!
I thank God for my healthy, beautiful grandson! I can’t wait to see him grow and learn about our world!
So here’s what the Special Announcement is all about.
I’m so full of gratitude. I’m truly grateful for every healthy child I see. It has surprised me how full my heart is to see healthy, beautiful children.
So full that I want to show you.
Here’s the deal. In about a week, Valentine’s day will be here.
My gift to some special family will be a $500 gift certificate for studio photography of their child. Photography session will be at my studio in Panama City, Florida.
The rules are simple.
1. Leave a comment on this blog post. One comment per person, please, unless you obtain extra entries outlined below. When you have extra entries, leave additional comments on this blog post. Only blog post comments will be eligible for the drawing.
Winner will be chosen with a random number generator, and announced on Valentine’s Day.
2. To be eligible for this contest, your child must be five years old or under. This includes unborn children! We will schedule a newborn session for you if you win! If the winning child has siblings, they may also be included in the session at no additional charge.
3. No purchase necessary. You can use your winnings to purchase whatever you want from this session.
4. Extra entries into this drawing may be obtained by:

Chris Mazzeo and wife Devin are due on the 14th with our #14 grandchild...a boy. They have a daughter Maddy who will turn 12 (I think) on that same day.
My daughter-in-law = Gena & John Cywinski have a boy, RJ who has just turned 2.

We have had such an amazing amount of support during the challenging newborn days as well as throughout this stressful adoption process. It's obvious little Ethan is a blessed little boy, too!
